A New Year!

Exciting News.....Our baby finally has his driver's license. The school was behind on driving with the students so he didn't get it until the first part of Jan. Dallin also got a job at Pirate Island Pizza. He works in the arcade section and seems to like it so far. He has decided to save up for a $1700 trumpet. So before he got his job he started selling pop (dew) at school. He buys it really cheap at Walmart, or where ever the best deal is and sells it for .75 cents. A quarter less then the vending machines. He chills the pop the night before and then puts 12 cans in a small cloth cooler. He sells out everyday bringing home $9 a day. The funny thing is that sometimes late at night or on Sunday Brent and Michael will get desperate for a dew and they end up buying one from Dallin.

Michael and Dallin have been very busy preparing for Battle of the Bands which was on Jan 29th. So it has been extra noisy around here. Their Band is called "Watch the Skies" and consist of Michael on Guitar, Dallin on Drums, and Harrison Schram on Guitar and vocals. They came in 2nd place with only 3 points less then the first place winner. They will compete at the Region level on Feb. 16th in Cedar City. And a special Thanks goes out to cousin Shanley for HELPING the band bull off a great show.....they couldn't have done it with out you...literally!

Michael will graduate in May and seems to have a little bit of senior ittus. He is still working at the chocolate factory, hanging out with Brittney, and is on the hunt for the perfect car in his price range.

We are really looking forward to visiting Grandpa and Grandma soon. Aloha!!
